Looking for advice. Moving 3 year old out of toddler bed so that baby can have the cot.
What type of bed would you recommend.
Trundle so that her little friends have bed for sleepovers
Mid sleeper for storage and future need for a desk
Normal single so we can get in with her when poorly etc
Other type??
Thanks

We have one of the ikea ones that extends as toddler grows, eventually to full single. There's space underneath for storage.
Never considered a trundle for sleepovers- do 3 year olds have sleepovers?! DC is 2.5 and I assumed we were many years away from that so never thought about it!

We also have the IKEA bed. In the same way that the baby inherited the toddler's cot, the baby will one day inherit the toddler's bed!

Best thing we ever did was to get our two little ones king sized beds. Sounds a bit daft for a three year old but honestly it's been a blessing when they've been ill or unsettled. Meant that we can still sleep relatively normally x
