Am having problems with my 16 week old sleeping, see other thread about 16 week old waking all the time. We bought an Ambi Baby Nest cos we thought it might help. it helped us to get away from rocking her to sleep all the time, but this has now been replaced with rocking the baby nest. Its easier for us certainly but she still wakes all the time after half hour and we have to start again, sometimes she still needs picked up. Also waking in night it seemed to settle her but now not so much. I'm worried that we're still not teaching her to settle herself and worse maybe she would be more comfortable in a proper cot!! Please let me know if you've tried this and what you think.

i used to sleep with the amby right beside our bed and my hand on the baby, it was so comfy. if she stirred you could just bounce the baby and leave it. don't rock the amby back and forth, you know that don't you? bounce it up and down, quite vigourously... after a while they learn to bounce it themselves.
it's not worse if she'd be more comfy in a proper cot, why don't you try a friend's to see? you can sell the amby on ebay.
