Lucy Wolfe stay and support method for 1 year old - experiences?

Hello,

I'm thinking of trying the Lucy Wolfe stay and support sleep training method for my 14 month old, just got the book last week.

She had been sleeping through the night from 9 months (when she stopped feeding at night,) but stopped sleeping through when she turned 1 two months ago. Now I am rocking or rubbing her back to sleep, and she's waking in the night most nights. I am hoping that relearning to sleep on her own again will help with the night wakes.

Does anyone have any experience with this method? It's basically gradual retreat. I found a few older threads but they were mostly with younger babies who were still feeding overnight.
