2 year olds sleep ruined by clock change. Advice please

So my 2 year old (25 month) has been sleeping religiously for 6 months to the following:
Up 6.30-7.30am
Nap 11.30am ish for 2 hours (sometimes up to 3 but I would wake)
Bedtime 7-7.30pm

Since GMT change, he's been waking at around 5am and is a tired mess as soon as we're ready to do any activities. This morning he woke even earlier, and DH managed to resettle but only gained 45mins. I've tried pushing his nap back abit as I know most children his age nap later but that hasn't worked either.

Advice please? I'm 30weeks pregnant so on my knees...

I would just stick to his old routine/times as much as possible. IME when my DC were younger they have taken about 2 weeks to adjust to the clock change. The youngest is 5yo now and he adjusted within about four days this time.

So if he wakes up at 5am I would keep him in his bed/room until the time you want him to get up. My 5yo woke up at 5.30am on Sunday (BST 6.30) and I just made him stay in his bed until 6.45. Granted it might be harder to do with a 2yo but try not to get him up at 5 just because he's woken up, he will almost definitely need more sleep so try to settle him back down if you can.
