I have a 15 month old Ds.
His sleep has been up and down we have been on a better stretch since he turned 1. Sleeping, finding his own dummy, occasionally waking but easy to settle.

This week its all gone to pot, fighting naps and bedtime, waking for hours at night ( 1am till 5am was the peak), wont be cuddled into settling, wont settle in his cot just plays, cries if i leave the room .

Hes just started walking, had a terrible cold and had hand foot and mouth !

Is it just because he's been ill or is there a 15 month sleep regression, anyone else had this and got through it?

We've been on leave this week so able to sleep during the day but back to work tomorrow 😭

Sorry I have no advice but I can offer solidarity. I was going to post this exact message. My almost 15 month old is a terrible sleeper at the moment but really has been, on and off, since he started crawling at 9 months!! He has not started nursery yet, so no change in his routine...

...also, he is about to start walking on his own. Teething? Maybe but his sleep problems have been going on for too long to be just that (plus, when aren’t they teething!). But yes, there is a leap at 64 weeks which can affect sleep. However, I feel like we’ve been in a downward spiral with his sleep for months now.

Please, please, please anyone out there who can assure us this will end!

Well not exact same age, but our 14 month olds sleep has also gone to pot this last week!
He's never been great sleeping (sadly!) but was going 6.30-6.30 with only one wake up for a while. Last night he woke at 11,12,2.30,4 and 6.30... so tiring for all involved!
Had been trying to reduce that one milk feed down to 3 ounces, but now he's drinking more than ever before due to wakin up more and won't be soothed with anything but milk (or water).
I WISH I could say it will end soon but have absolutely no idea why he's waking up so much! He does have a cold but isn't really teething. Eugh. Feel like I'm constantly obsessed with his sleep!

Definitely sleep has gotten worse. We got bad at the year mark seemed to recover slightly then bang another bout of bad sleep. I've been bad mum the last few nights when bed time comes he's not getting back out his cot regardless how many tantrums he throws. I just kept going back in every ten minutes and lying him back down putting his toy back in. He's actually sleeping better since we have done it.

My 15 month old has been an horrendous sleeper for the last 6 weeks first was the cold virus then the teething but that's all settled and it's still going on..... on top of getting up a trillion times a night my 2yr old is screaming for me in his sleep 5-6 times a night 😣 they both only settle for me so I'm up and down the stairs all night, in and out of toddlers bed! Please tell me this has to come to an end I'm EXHAUSTED
I feel your pain mummy we can do this 🤞🏻🍵🍵🍵🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷
