I always skipped over these sort of beauty reviews in magazines pre-pregnancy (and anyway, they always seem to be aimed at high-flying city girls, who go straight from the office to bar, have 3 hours sleep and look magical with just a touch of this particular product! - and lucky you if you're one of them, my party days are def on hold at the moment and I guess I've just admitted to now being a country bumpkin...).

I can't say I've seen these sort of reviews in pregnancy/mother & baby magazines, but maybe I've just missed them.

Anyway, who better to recommend them than the true sleep deprived, so any suggestions? let me see, what would my symptoms be...um...sunken eyes, dark circles, huge bags, less than sparkly skin, bloodshot eyes...I could go on but you probably get the picture. so please, if you've found any wonder products, please share them with us!!!

HUGE TIA for this one.

ok, ok, ok... where do we start!

i use:

Clarins Flash balm which is like a base that you can use under or instead of foundation. Just makes you look all dewy and glowy and not as knackered!

YSL Touche Eclat is great for dark circles under the eyes and eye bags. Quite expensive, but even on me this highlighting pen lasts for ages and ages!

BeneFit Moon Beam which is like a liquid highlighter that i use under my eyes and on my cheeks for a bit of a glow.

BeneFit High Beam is similar but i prefer the golden tones of Moon Beam.

Can you tell i am one of those completely haggard types who needs a bit of help in the morning....

oh and the www.Benefit.com website is fab at giving lots of tips etc. If you order online from them at the moment (via the US website) everything is technically half price due to the strength of the £ to the $ ! The postage is fairly pricey but you get a lovely parcel, with lots of freebies inside too so it is worth it. So if you do decide to do an order i would highly recommend them (try it all on in your local shop first!)
