11 month old hourly night wakes and terrible naps - help!

So my daughter is 11 months old next week. She's never slept through, the best we have had was from 7pm to 4:30am and back down after a feed but this must have only happened a handful of times.

She's on a floor bed and has been since about 4 months. She has had periods of being in a cot but this never seems to make a difference.

Anyway - bedtime seems to be stressful for her. She ramps up and is usually inconsolable by the time I get her down. She used to be fed to sleep but now settles with a cuddle/rock (which isn't sustainable and needs to stop soon, she's a lump)

She's started waking every hour recently and at the same time is refusing to nap any longer than 40 minutes in a day (used to have 1.5hrs in morning and 1 hr in afternoon very regularly). We are trying to keep night feeds to a minimum and stretching her to a feed every 4 hrs over night but thats as good as we've got so far.

I don't know what to do. I have just been diagnosed with PND and have terrible sleep anxiety, it's all i think/talk about. I feel like i don't know how to care of my own daughter and i am absolutely exhausted.

Anyone experienced this and had it turn around? any good news stories out there? Or any tips? I'm at a loss.

@Flummoxedandtired hi - first of all you are doing a great job caring for your daughter Thanks This mummy life is tough at times so please don't be so hard on yourself.

How much is your daughter eating during he day? Is she FF or BF milk wise? What is her bedtime routine like?
When you say a floor bed / what is this like? Will she go in a cot in her own room? Black out blinds/curtains ...white noise...?

My DD ,now 13 months, went through a time of not napping at around 10.5 to 11.5 months. She had molars coming through so everything went out the window for a while!
She was also learning to crawl so that messed up bedtime too. She's now back to sleeping well and napping well. So - could be developmental, could be teething...

But seriously have you tried the cot in her own room...??

@Bronnie2018 Thanks for your message :)

She's eating three meals a day, snacks in-between and two/three bottles of soy formula. She still has a breastfeed before bed and when she wakes up.

Bedtime routine is bath at 6:15, bottle/breast whilst reading a few stories and then rocked to sleep when it's clear that she's tired enough.

Floor bed is just that - a cot mattress on the floor. Her room is set up with Montessori in mind - everything is low down, accessible but very considered, no toys left our for her etc. She very rarely crawls off in the night oddly enough. She goes into a travel cot when we are away, i meant that i'd never noticed a considerable difference in how she sleeps if she's contained in a cot or in her room on her bed. She has a black out blind and we've used white noise since the day she came home from hospital.
