16 month old screaming in the night

Hi,
Any help on this would be great. We have taken baby to the doctor 3 times and they can’t find anything wrong. My 16 month old hasn’t been herself for the last week and a half she is waking up through the night inconsolable screaming throwing herself all over the place and nothing we do helps her. Then through the day she isn’t herself she just wants to lay on the floor or lay in our arms, she doesn’t want to walk or stand or sit or anything. Has anyone else had this or no what might be causing it? It’s breaking my heart seeing her so upset and I have no idea how to help.
Thanks in advance

Does she perk up after eating and drinking through the day? First thought (am not a dr, but my children both had this and it was the start of this), ketotic hypoglycaemia. Night terrors can occur when the sugars drop and if she's not right during the day, how is she once she's had milk/banana/carbs?

Thanks so much for your message. Yes in the night I give her milk just to try and stop the screaming and it does always calm her down. In the day it’s hard to say as she’s gone off her food 😔

To be honest, that sounds like how both of mine started. My eldest didn't eat for days and then started vomiting. If you can, I would ask your GP for a ketone check and blood sugar (finger prick) reading, then take it from there
