Snoring!!!!!!

Not sure whether or not this is the right topic to post under - but my dh's snoring is becoming a real problem! Last night, I ended up sleeping on the floor of my dd's bedroom as the snoring was filling me with a murderous rage. Obviously, this is not a great solution and was wondering if anyone had any tried and tested suggestions before I end up smothering him! Thanks x

I wear earplugs to drown out dh's snoring. I buy them in bulk from British Snoring website

They also have lots of other info on snoring.

Dh uses a spray (which you can get from large chemists or health food shops) which has essential oils and helps.

It's horrible though, and I invariably sleep better if he goes and sleeps somewhere else!

My dh's snoring was due to his weight. He's lost 3 stone and doesn't snore at all now. It got so bad he slept in the spare room too.

I can definately identify with the murderous rage though, esepcially when they don;t see that there's a real problem.

Thanks for the suggestions - will try the web site. Anyone else have any ideas would be grateful!
