Feeding to sleep for naps, 5 months old

I posted recently about my 20 week baby only wanting to nap in his pram, and had some really good advice from here!

Now I am managing to get him to nap in his bed once a day most days BUT I normally have to feed him to sleep to do it. I don't particularly mind doing that, but he wakes up crying after 60-90 minutes, and I think the crying us because he's still tired but can't self settle.

He's not bad at settling at night - sometimes he falls asleep on the boob but generally I put him down drowsy and he takes about 5-15 minutes to fall asleep. We have a nice bedtime routine - pyjamas, little playtime, into sleeping bag, snuggles with Mummy on the bed whilst listening to some music, feed, book, bed.

He loves having a dummy for sleeping, but tends to roll and it falls out.

Any suggestions on how to help him fall asleep without the boob so he can sleep as long as he would like?
