This thread has made me feel sad because I've been co-sleeping for about 6 or 7 months but decided to stop a couple of weeks ago and miss it terribly. I agree with all your comments it just stopped working for us. My DD started to move too much and was not only ending up at the bottom of the bed but underneath me which meant that I wasn't just getting her usual 3 wake ups a night it was becoming more like 10. Me and DH now take it in turns to sleep on a matress next to her cot and hold her hands through the bars when she wakes. It's like the worst of both worlds in a way because we don't have the warmth and cuddlyness of her right next to us, nor do we have the luxury of our own comfy bed. But, in between her waking we're getting a better quality of sleep. Just wish we were all getting it snuggled up together.
