Night waking at 1am 3am & grumpy / tired baby

Hello everyone

I've got a one year old boy very active during the day and as happy as happy can be. Until a couple of weeks ago.
He's starting to wake up again at 10 or 11 at night (quite upset) and only settles with a bit of bottle and then comes the 1am or 3am waking up babbling first & then crying. And he stays awake for a couple of hours or he falls asleep in our bed and dearest husband needs to sleep in the other room to get enough sleep.

I admit we went a bit off his routine and since about 5 week or so he's been going to sleep around half past 7 or 8 instead of his usual half past 6. If we put him down at 8 he's bright and early awake at 4 and he's actually never been like this.
He does have 2 naps: one short one and one longer one but it depends which one he does first so I can't predict that. I've heard to reduce the bottle feeds at night and to make sure our LO doesn't associate a bottle with sleep you shouldn't feed in the bedroom but somewhere else but I can't say yet how this is going.

Any advice on what I can do? Is it time for my little man to move into his own room? Different routine? Become a very early bird mummy at 4 am (I'll need more coffee for that) or simply try to bite through this as it might be a phase? LO is very active during the day, crawls at hyper speed, tries to stand and tries to talk a lot more as well. Any help or tips are greatly appreciated of course Flowers
