DD is 20 months, she originally slept from 12 weeks old through the night, till she hit around 8 months old, since then she does not sleep! She will wake anywhere from 2-7 times a night, its exhausting. Some nights are worse than others, sometimes she will lay back down and hold my hand and fall back to sleep, other times she will be hysterical and nothing makes a difference, she becomes so upset she then vomits, really not what you want to add to the mix at 3am!
We have an appointment with a pediatrician at the end of July but I really am at my whits end! She practically has all her teeth, we have a good bedtime routine, she naps for around 90 minutes around lunchtime.
All helpful suggestions, ideas welcomed!

Flowers that sounds horrendous

Does she sleep differently during the day? More upright in a pram or similar? Just wondering if it could be reflux triggered by lying flat

sometimes she has her nap when out and about but ultimately she goes down for her nap in her cot. I work full time too, so I am sure if I feel this exhausted she must be shattered!

Oh I feel for you. DD was like that I felt almost drunk with tiredness that did not help my career! It does get better! Thanks

At 8 months old, did you start weaning? I only ask because my first thought having gone through it with two is silent reflux from an intolerance. Have you tried raising her cot at the head end? When she's screaming does she have funny breath? Knees up to tummy? Arching at all?

no we started weaning just before 6 months, but reflux is something I have questioned before so I feel it might be worth looking at treating it as that and go from there to see if it makes a difference.
I haven't tried raising the cot but thanks for the idea, will give it a go
