2 naps to 1 nap at 12 months?

My DD goes down for her morning nap really well, but is starting to completely refuse her 2nd nap. This means some days she is awake from 11.30am-7pm! Any advice? Do I just go with it and try to push her morning nap back to make it one long one? Is 12 months too young for 1 nap? And if she does keep doing 1 nap how do I get that nap to be later and for longer?

Normal timings are...
6.30 am wake up
10.30-11.30am nap
3.30-4.30pm nap (used to be!!)
7.30pm bedtime

Keen to get her back into a good routine as I’m going back to work part time soon and grandparents will be looking after her.

Mine dropped his second nap at 9 months..

He did:
7/7:30 wake up
11:00 early lunch
11:30-13:30 nap
18:30 bedtime

Then we edged forward the nap by 5 mins every couple of days until lunch was at 11:45 and nap 12:30-14:30.

My LO started doing this around 10 months we used to have
7am wake up
10-30 - 12pm nap
2-30 - 3-30 nap
7pm bed

He dropped his 2nd nap about 2 months ago and he turned one last week. I wasn't sure if this was a new routine or just a phase as my friends kids who are 2+ still have 2 naps. I would just see what happens for a few weeks, mine actually had a nap today but we had a bad night with teething so it just depends. He's quite happy with just the one nap though.
Is DD handling it well or being really grotty?

I do have to keep DS entertained from 5-30 onwards as he gets a bit mardy but decided to keep his bedtime the same as I didn't want his routine completely screwing up.

My 14 month old's schedule looks like this:
Wake 6am, breakfast etc.
30 min nap between 9 and 10am.
Lunch at 11.30.
Nap after lunch for 1-2 hours (so 12:30-14:00ish)
Go up to bed at 19:00.
Asleep by 19:30.

He can go without his morning nap but then tends to fall asleep on the way back from nursery and then he's up for hours!
