My 3.5 month old won't nap

Unless I'm wheeling her round in the pram. She can then nap for anywhere between 1 to 3.5 hours! If I try to put her down in her cot at home she cries or just doesn't sleep.

Does anyone have any tips? I don't want her to be reliant on the motion of the pram to sleep.

Tip is do what you can to get them to nap. Mine wouldn’t nap either. In the end I laid next to mine on a bed and stuck a dummy in. He liked it at first and then would cry, i went against advice and held it in and he’d go to sleep. Then my partner left him on bed (he couldn’t roll) when I’d gone back to work at 5 months and let him cry for five mins after that he learnt to nap himself and his cries got shorter

Use the pram- they won’t always need a pram to sleep- be fine x

Don't worry, pram is fine. I think it's better than you rocking her too as this involves you in the sleep association. She'll improve when she gets older.
