It's almost 6.30pm and I'm about to put DD1 and DD2 to bed......I won't be long after them.

I'm shattered tonight. In fact, I've been tired really early every evening this week.

Hope you get some sleep.

But if DDs go to bed now, what time will they wake up?

If DD went to bed at 6:30pm she would be awake about 5:30-6am!!!

sparkler - i feel like that a lot. How old are you lo's? Any particular reason for your fatigue?

Sparkler · 04/07/2007 19:26

I'm still up - have just read dds bedtime stories and they are now reading quietly to themselves in bed. They are 8 and 5. Life always seems so hectic around here. I'm up at 6.45am every day and don't stop all day up until 9pm. I work 9.30am until 2pm. To be honest I feel like I'm doing too much and think I should start slowing down a bit before I run myself into the ground.

I feel the same tonight, I dozed off while we all watched In the Night Garden. I'm going to make myself a cup of tea, watch corrie and then go to bed and 'read'. (this means start to read then be asleep within five minutes)

sparkler - tiring ages. I have a dd of 9yo and a ds of 10mths so i am constantly shattered running around everywhere, tidying, cooking blah blah. Also, ds likes to wake around 5:40am most mornings so 6am is a lie in for me . I do love it though. Just wish i had a maid! Get yourself some rest, give yourself a break. Is there a dh/dp in your life who could do some of the housework? My dh is shit at that so I do it all but it is worth a shot!

DH is fab and helps me loads so can't grumble there.
