I’m hoping someone can help us out please. Sorry for the long post.

My little girl is 14 months old next week. We’ve been really lucky with her and she’s always been such a great sleeper except when teething etc.

The past week or so have been a different story. She goes to bed at around 7-7.30pm, on a bottle of milk. Within an hour she’s crying to be picked up and it then takes me at least 30-40 mins to re settle her again.
She’s then waking up in the night between 2-3 screaming blue murder, goes back to sleep with cuddles but as soon as you put her in the cot and move away she screams again. I’m desperate for her not to be in our bed but after an hour of screaming and putting down, picking up, rubbing tummy, stroking her, sitting on rocking chair I just put her in our bed.

Her routine is. Waking between 7-7.30, bottle, 3 meals per day, snacks in between, bath/bottle/bed between 7-7.30. One nap for around 1.5 hours after lunch. She has blackout curtains and blind, a sleeping bag and I’ve even put one of my little pillows in there as a comfort thing.

We’ve recently taken her off formula and put her onto oatly oat milk (she’s allergic to cows milk) but she doesn’t drink all her bottle as she’s normally too full. I have noticed she isn’t opening her bowels as much and trumping a lot??

Is this a phase, a leap, a regression?
I’m at my wits end, and feel like I’m doing something wrong!!
