What time is baby's tea -time, if still having a nap around 4/5pm?

Am wanting to try and give ds "tea" rather than solids after his evening bottle. He doesn't seem ready for the nap at 4ish, but then suddenly gets to near 5pm and needs to go to sleep for about half an hour. How best can I fit his tea round this? He is just over 7 months, and we have been weaning for 5 weeks.
