6m no longer sleeping through -nightmare to put down

My six month old slept through from about 7 weeks. It usually took about 30 minutes to feed her to sleep, then I’d put her in her cot and that was it u til 7:30, usually 8am. I know how lucky I was! But now she’s become a nightmare to put to down - she cried the minute I put her in the cot, and is waking up multiple times through the night when she used to be able to self settle. It feels worse because I’ve had a taste of sleeping through, and now it’s been taken from me!

I guess I’m not sure what I’m really asking - unless anyone has any magic advice? Or can tell me this happened to them, and it’ll pass eventually?! I’m starting to get closer to going back to work, and don’t know how I’ll cope if she’s going to continue like this...

Yep, happened with my first son too. Sorry to say I just had to ride it out until he went into another phase of sleeping well. Go to bed early when you can and remember that it's not forever.

Have you started solids? It could be hunger if not - and it could be a slightly uncomfortable tummy if so! My daughter's sleep was a bit disturbed for the first week or so of solids.
