How much sleep per day for 4/5 month old?

I'm attempting to implement a routine for my 4.5 month old as left to her own devices she was on an 11-9am sleep schedule and was getting pretty grumpy in the day.

I'm not doing any of the following - cry it out, stopping feeds or expecting too much from her in terms of sleeping through etc!

However how much sleep does she need during the day / acrosshow many naps? Aiming for a 7-7 nighttime.

What's worked for you?
Thanks!

The issue with the current routine is that it includes the following naps

1- 45 minutes
2 - 1.45 minutes
3 - 1 hour
4 - 30 minutes

The shorter naps seem too short for her and I hate waking her up

7am wake
9-10 nap
12-2 nap
4:15-4:45 nap
7pm bed

That's from 'the little ones' sleep guide. American but worked like a charm for us until six months

Thanks @FestiveNut tell me waking them up from peaceful naps gets easier?! :(

I never wake her. She generally wakes herself at those times, but I do let her nap on me and then just putting her down usually causes her to wake.
