Does anyone have any advice on how to get baby 7 months old to nap in cot rather than on me ALL the time. Can’t put him in pushchair anymore as he wriggles and tries to turn him self over. Won’t stay in a rocker either. I love napping with him it’s just becoming a bit tiering for me as he sleep at night is pretty naff too, wakes every 3 hours ;(

I’m exhausted have no help and need to get it in check before this becomes a habit that can not be broken. Thanks.

I've sort of embraced the naps on me today thinking it'll only be for a short time and use it to take an hour to chill out watching rubbish TV or reading a book.
I think there are two trains of thought that you can teach a child where and when to sleep or it's something that's developmental - I'm still 50/50 on both though.
Anyway have you tried pick up put down? It worked for us settling our 8 month old for bedtime am just yet to do it for naps.
Good luck
