Hi

Our 12 month old used to sleep through the night
Up until around 6/7 months when she went in her own cot but then due to teething was waking up then has now started waking twice a night again and won’t go back to sleep without milk.

We have now introduced “the big milk” fresh dill cows for children and she loves this any only wants mornjng and evening but will continue to wake up at night.

Any tips to help get her out of this over feeding?

Thanks

How would she be with just water in the night?

I have previously tried with water but when she’s half asleep and she drinks the water she then realises it’s not milk and refuses any way.
I think she is teething again.

The health clinic has said to me before to reduce the amount of milk we give her in the night which we do but sometimes she seems to wake up more!

It might be tough but you need to assert your adult authority and simply stop giving her milk in the night. She might not be happy but that doesn't mean you have to give in.
