when awake times don't matter any more

Hi all, I have a 10 month old. I have been going by the 2-3-4 routine since he was about 7 months which has worked well (it's more like 2.5-3-4.5 now!).

Recently when he does wake early from a nap I've found myself a bit more relaxed about it and just carry on with usual timings.

I was just wondering at what point did you feel set nap times (as well as meals etc) became the norm rather than watching the clock for awake times?

Thanks!

Perfect that you're relaxed! I always found the friends who were most chilled with this had the most fun. I think about 7 months we were at two set naps a day 9.15 and 12.15 regardless of waking time.

Does that help?
