Stomach pain just at night

I have a 11 month old son who is intolerant to dairy & possibly gluten!! He is fine all day but as soon as he’s in his cot he gets really bad stomach pain, where he arches his back & his belly goes rock hard!! The only thing which has helped is calpol and gently rubbing his belly, I just don’t want to be giving calpol to him every night! I have tried doing a food diary to see if it’s anything that he is eating, but I wasn’t sure if anyone had any advice ☹️

How long have you been dairy free? Is he breast or bottle fed?

My son's trapped wind always got really bad at bedtime, so on a pharmacist's advice I started giving him a sized-up measure of colic drops after his supper which really helped the situation. Now he's much older, I give him milk of magnesia liquid instead.

He is bottle fed, he has been on dairy free milk from 3 months. I tried him with some gripe water last night & he did seem better! I also think it is a mixture of teething aswell.
