My 6 month old won’t sleep through the night!

Help! My ds used to sleep really well as a baby and i was the happiest Mum ever but now he’s 6 months and wakes up every 2 hours. He’s not necessarily hungry because he only feeds for a couple of minutes. He’s eating enough throughout the day and I’ve also introduced porridge an hour before he sleeps so he has a full tummy. Most of the nights he still wakes up. I’ve also given him some water when he wakes up but he refuses to drink it and cries even harder. He even has a bedtime routine which consists of a bath and massage. What more can I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is he still getting enough milk during the day? Milk provides more energy than the same amount of food. Is he having milk before he goes to bed? He might be too full from the porridge to take enough milk. Is the room warmer or cooler than previously now wee going into winter?

Babies go through phases of sleeping/not sleeping. It'll pass! (I say that with a 15mo that still doesn't sleep through most nights)
