Any tips for how I can break this? I often feed her to sleep (currently introducing rocking to sleep) and when I place her in the cot she must be on her side because otherwise she wakes and I have to sooth her again. This usually doesn't take too many goes but then she wakes every 45 mins or so because she accidentally rolls onto her back and starts squirming, I assume from her belly being stretched out and uncomfortable.
I would like to stop co sleeping (or at least make it optional). She can't go past 45 mins on her own in the cot so I'm in a merry-go-round of giving in when I'm overtired and holding her close in bed, which usually gives us longer spells.
I think if I can just teach her to sleep on her back I think she would sleep really well.
