6 month old suddenly waking up at night

Hi guys, My 6 month old has always been a good night sleeper, from 3 months she’d sleep 8pm-8am, waking up at 4am for a feed. But for the past few weeks she’s been waking up at least 3-4 times a night, and I have no idea why. We can occasionally pat/shush her back to sleep but more often than not we have to bring her into our bed and/or I have to feed her to settle her. Any ideas how we can get her to sleep through? This is her current routine:

Wake up - 7.30-8.00am
Breakfast - 8.00-8.30am
Lunch - 1pm
Dinner - 6.30pm
Bottle - 7.45pm
Bed - 8pm

Plus I bf on demand as and when she needs. She also doesn’t nap during the day at all, I’m lucky if she drops off for 30 minutes while feeding - she used to have 2 45 minute naps but this has dropped off as well. Any help please - I’m at my wits end!!!

Haven't experienced this (yet!) fingers crossed! But apparently some babies go through a 4 and 6 month sleep regression, Google it, it's really normal and means they're hitting another developmental stage x
