Baby can't sleep on her back

DD four months old, can only sleep on her side. She wakes herself up every 40 mins or so by rolling into her back and it's really hitting hard now. I keep being told that at four months babies should be learning to self soothe but we're nowhere close and I'm worried bad habits will just become more ingrained. I don't know if there's a magic technique I should be trying? Please tell me there is. I don't like the way I'm starting to feel angry towards her. It's not her fault.

I didn't want to read and run and don't have much advice as I'm still struggling with my twins with bedtimes.

Just know it does pass, it will get easier. As soon as she can roll herself she will sleep more peacefully.
Give her plenty of tummy time during the day to build up her strength to roll.

Don't be afraid to leave housework etc until later and take her nap times to sleep yourself or at least start a good box set on tv to take sometime to yourself during the day. You sound like you need a rest.

Can you put her with her back against the cit wall to stop rolling backwards? Or introduce a sleep nest? Or controversially could you place baby on side but more towards their tummy?
