DS iw 21 mhs and sleeps in a grobag. We'll have to get him a summer weight one anyminute, but wondered if he should have outgrown grobags by now anyway and if so what he should be sleeping in

I think he was about 2.6. He'd moved to a bed some time before but stuck with a grobag for a bit. He then finally got a duvet.

My DD slept in one until she was 3. ! We tried gentle persuasion but she was having none of it. The thing that finally got her into a duvet was having a nightmare about having a bee in her grobag. She hasn't used it since then. That was about 4 months ago. If your DS is happy in them I don't see any reason to change. You could try putting him down for a nap with a duvet or blanket and see how he gets on.

the dt's at the age of 4 will not give up their grobags! they have even perfected the art of unzipping enough to poke their willy out and have a wee then doing back up and getting into bed again!!! Little sods- have to order age 3-6 grobags in especially!

ds1 was around 9 months when we had a v hot summer too hot for the grobags we had so he slept in just a vest and decided he liked to sleep on his tummy with bum in the air (bless!). when the weather got cooler he didn't want the restriction of the grobag again so we switched to a fleecy babygro and a blanket and he just slept in these until he was old enough for a duvet.
