Give up on lb having a bedroom?

Hi all,

Been trying to sell the idea of his own bedroom to my now 2.3 yo since he was 6 months old, and I can count on one hand the amount of times he hasn't ended up in bed with me or hubs. He's been in a toddler bed since he was 19 months and just migrates, he would wake up and not go back to sleep in his cot.

Know it's not forever but my question is this - as we live in a 1.5 bed flat and as a result of this have had to put a bed in our living room, shall we just sack off trying at this point - out him to sleep in the big bed and turn his room back into a usable sleeping space? As it's a waste of a room really he never stays in it! Would also make people coming to stay a lot easier. We are planning on moving next year hopefully anyway and could try and sell him the idea of his own room again then!

Thoughts gratefully received Smile
