Waking every 30 minutes at night - exhausted!

My ds is almost 3 months. He is breastfed apart from one bottle of formula before bed. He goes to sleep really easily with white noise and a dummy at 7pm after his bath and then usually has his biggest chunk of sleep (between 4-6 hours). After that he wakes every 2-3 hours which I can live with for a feed and then straight back down. The last week or so though every other night or so he is waking every 30 minutes for a period during the night and needing me to rock him/give him his dummy rather than a feed.
Last night he woke at 11, fed, 1.30, fed, 2.30, dummy, 3, dummy/rock, 3.30, rock, 4, fed, 5.45, wouldn't settle/ refused feed so got in with me, woke for day at 7.15.
Any advice for me? I'm happy to feed him obviously at the moment but the other waking sim struggling with.
