Hello please can anyone help me confirm whether my daughter is definitely teething at 3months? She has the below symptoms:
Excessive dribbling
Excessive chewing on fingers and anything she can get a hold of
Irritable and more unsettled
Poor feeds (breastfeeding)
Poor sleep (wakes up every hour wriggling and crying)
Initially started with flushed red cheeks
Constantly rubbing, pulling and itching ear
Is this teething? And can teething happen so early at 3months?
If so what can I do to help her? I have tried calpol (not very good tbh) bonjela (ok for a bit), she doesn’t like teething rings as that triggers it off more..
It’s been one and half weeks now where she been like this everyday when will it stop?!!
