For the past week or so he thinks its great to get up at..wait for it.....

3.45

There has been no chnage to his routine at all and he normally goes to sleep about 8pm. When he wakes up at 3.45 he has a bottle and is back asleep before he's finished the bottle.
Ive tried giving him more food and even some milk for bed but he still wakes at the same time.
So do you think he's waking coz he's hungry or could it be the light thats waking him and the milks settling him back off??

It's probably the light.... can you get some blackout blinds?

In the meantime, big sympathy

Light or possible room temperature? The temperature does drop in the early hours.

Thanks, i think it must be the light but im being really tight and wont buy blackout blinds yet because we are moving in about 3 weeks so dont want to pay out twice for them.
