Issues with 13 month old's sleep after MMR - any advice?

DS has always woken up to 3 times a night for a bf, but since having the MMR jabs 2 weeks ago he is very difficult to get to sleep and also get back to sleep after feeds. It's like his body will not relax, he can't lie still or get comfortable. In the middle of the night, he will wake up but not seem fully awake and be crawling into the walls and rolling around almost like he is possessed! (he sleeps on a mattress on the floor). This can go on for up to an hour each time. We are very worried as the behavior is so strange. We have a good bedtime routine, bath, book, feed and lie down drowsy but awake. He has transitioned from 2 naps to 1 over the last month or so, one morning nap 1-2 hrs from 9.30am. My husband and I are really struggling, both working with very limited sleep. I work from home, still breastfeeding but DS can feed up to every hour, he eats pretty well at meal times but I'm concerned by how much he is still feeding from me and am I finding this + the issues at night really are getting me down. Any advice would be much appreciated!

At this age my son needed to be physically tired out so that he would sleep... we used to have an afternoon walk!

The moving in his sleep could be night terrors? My little boy went through a stage like this st around age 2, lasted about 2 weeks then stopped.

If you don't want to feed as much wear clothing which isn't accessible and say "no, milk is for bedtime/naptime/morning' (whatever works for you) and offer a drink or snack instead.

I doubt it's anything to do with the MMR, more likely a phase he is going through. Just after 1 my daughters sleep when downhill quite a bit and then I found two new teeth coming through - very slowly ☹️
