did your baby sleep better in own room?

following on from when did they go in own room thread.many say there lo's slept better in own room.my ds is 17 months and i love having him with us but this made my think.on average hes up 6 times a night ,a good night is up twice but it can be worse than 6 sometimes.hed be sharing with ds1-6.

No.

It made no difference whatsoever. He slept exactly the same whether in my room or his own

DS def sleeps better in his own room. I'm at my mums atm and he's in my room with me and he never sleeps as well!

kitty - you could try it i suppose and if it didnt make any difference or disturbed d1 he could go back in with you. 6 times a night !!!
Am also curious about this but think we'll wait till the autumn when dd2 is nearly one before putting her in with dd1.
