Number of naps for 6 month old

Hi
My lo is coming up to 6 months. He falls asleep at 7.30 and sleeps through the night, normally wakes up between 5-5.30.

Only problem is that he is a cat napper, whether it’s in his crib, on me, buggy, car seat...always 30 mins (on the rare occasion we might get 1 hour).

What awake time would you give him and How many naps would you be giving him considering he’s up from 5.30am-7.30pm and won’t nap for more than 30mins?

His current awake time is 1.45-2 hours and he is floating between 4-5 naps which gives him 2-2.5 total nap hours!

It depends on how happy/grumpy he is. If it ain't broke don't fix it would be my advice!

He’s normally fine but he can start getting whingey an hour after waking up! He’s very grumpy between 6-7.30
