Please help me!
My 4 month old was an angel nught timer sleeper. She self settled and went 4 hours at a time before needing a feed. Her naps have never been good- usually 4 cat naps around 25-40mins per day unless she naps on DH or myself and then she'll have 1.5 hours. We have a 3.5 year old DS so clearly we can't be lounging around all day with her sleeping on us.
Anyway, after the first round of immunisation she stopped self settling and would feed or be rocked to sleep but began waking more regularly. Things have gradually gotten a LOT worse. Now it takes anywhere between 2-4 hours to get her to sleep at night. She'll fall asleep on the breast/in our arms/in her swing anywhere but in her crib. If we do let her fall asleep somewhere else, she wakes up the second we move her. Her sleep times are getting shorter too and now she's reluctant to go down for her final cat nap about 5pm which is making things worse.
Am completely at the end of my tether. How can we get her back to falling asleep in the crib- at least within half an hour??
And please don't say this is 4 month sleep regression, it started 8 weeks ago.
In desperate need of sleep and my sanity....
