3 month old tossing, turning and crying all night

Help! I don’t know what to do. I’m a desperate woman! My little girl has never been a great sleeper but from 2 months old it took a turn for the worst. She tosses and turns constantly, like she’s uncomfortable. Back then I would put her dummy back in or change her position and it wasn’t too bad. But now at 3 months she is doing this all night long and waking up crying. I don’t know what the problem is or how to help her. My hubby wanted to relieve me and do the night shift last night and he didn’t get a wink of sleep. Said it was just constant. I was hoping it was just a phase but is getting worse and worse. Can’t go on like this. Any suggestions?

Get her checked by a doctor op. She could be poorly.

Is she ff or bf? Does she have colic or reflux? X

Thanks for replies. She did have colic from about 4 weeks so we give her infacol still. What is ff that bf? She doesn’t seem unwell as during the day she is full of smiles and quite content.

Take her to gp and a cranial osteopath. They did wonders for my baby. God knows what they do but it looks a bit witch doctory but it worked and so many mother's swear by them. My baby really settled after just a few sessions!

FF = formula
BF = breastfeeding
