7 month old needs the boob to sleep

My 7mo will only sleep if she lies on our bed and I lie next to her whilst she sucks on my boob - just comfort sucking. She wakes often and again will only have the boob to soothe her or she screams and screams a hysterical scream if we try anything else!
I’ve tried rocking her back to sleep (or to sleep initally) so has my partner & my mum. We’ve tried a dummy, use white noise and a comfort blanket.

We co sleep because of it but I’m worried as my hen do is coming up in July and I need to be able to leave her over night!

She also won’t take a bottle.

Any tips?? Xxx

*but she will take milk from a sippy cup. I just thought a bottle may be more comforting for a final night feed! (Bottle of expressed milk)

Try a latex dummy and a latex teat in a bottle (nuk do them)
My avid bottle refuser took to them - they're meant to be easier for breastfed babies to use.
The only other thing you could consider is having a tough couple of weeks and breaking the feed to sleep association that's been formed. I was in a similar boat with the aforementioned bottle refuser and replaced it with bum patting and singing to her in her cot. When she got worked up I'd pick her up and comfort her then put her straight back down and start again. I gradually withdrew bum patting and got to just singing, then could just do her bath, story and bed routine and that be that.
If you do go the dummy route I'd recommend a sleepytot (amazon and jojo maman bebe stock them) as you can attach four dummies and it's easier for baby to replace them herself overnight (think they're able to do that from about 8 months.
Good luck!!

My baby was the same only wanted boob, refused 6diff bottles and dummies, HV adviced to get latex teat as they are much more flexible and feel more like skin, I got the nuk latex teat bottles and he took to them without any fuss. He still won’t accept any other bottles dummies but the bottle has changed the feeding when I need a break.

My 2 year old is the same!! DS1 only gave up boob to sleep at 2y8m. No advice, but it's perfectly okay if you want to carry on.

No advice OP as I'm in the same boat as you with my 7 month old. I'd like to break her reliance on breastfeeding to go to sleep, although the one good thing about it is it puts her to sleep quickly and easily. No tears, rocking or walking around. Dunno, I'm kind of hoping she'll just grow out of it at some point. I don't have the nerves for sleep training!

Mine is the same but if I'm not around (I work nights sometimes) she settles fine for her dad. Most babies do once they realise boobs are not available. She won't take a bottle from me but she does from others.
