Just curious as want to know how long they are awake between nap 1, nap 2 and bedtime? Sometimes my ds has three naps per day if hte first one is short/starts early. I know they are all different......

She varies a lot as to whetershe has a long nap in the morning or evening but generally:

Nap 1 after 2 1/2 hours - sleeps 45min - 2 hrs

Nap 2 after 3 hrs - sleeps 30-75 min (I wake her if she sleeps too long!!!)

bed after 3 1/2 - 4 hrs

Sleeps 12 hrs.

lesscleaning - that is sooo helpful! My ds seems to be more or less the same in as much as he stays awake abt 2 hrs then three then 4. I worry that he is awake from 2:30ish to 7ish but I cannot put him to bed any earlier as he rises early anyway and I don't particularly want to see this side of 5am!!! What time does your dd wake from ehr last nap then?

Apart from the difference in bed time your day sounds similar to mine

I make sure she is always up from her last nap by by 6pm & she goes to sleep at 9:30pm (late I know but my husband doesn't get home 'til 8pm so at least she sees him for a bit & I get mornings to get stuff done!!)

Any less than 3 1/2 hours awake before bedtime & she doesn't go to sleep properly - is better if she is up for 4
