My LO is currently waking every 1-2 hours. I was lucky that I generally only had to wake once to feed him prior to this (I know I was lucky!) His naps have always been hit and miss but I had been starting to get some sort of pattern going on....now they are terrible. Any tips or success stories out there to help me through this blur!!! I’ve been I tears loads already today!! 😂😭

Just know that it WILL pass. My ds suddenly started waking every 90 mins at night and sleeping only 30 mins at a time during day (always waking with a cry).... Started at 16 weeks. Definitely almost back to where we were before (not perfect but miles better), that happened at around 22 weeks....... And I did NOTHING to influence this apart from ignoring the occasional moan and just patting him if he'd fed well only an hour before...

Try not to drive yourself crazy with research on what to do (easier said than done I know) and remember it will pass. Stay strong!

Thank you @Muse84. I’m trying to stop googling and worrying he should be self settling!! xx

@4mogirl the Anbusol worked a treat and he slept much better last night. I managed to see his lower gums earlier and I am almost certain a tooth is breaking through the gums which explains a lot and I wouldn’t have been persistent in checking had it not been your suggestion so thank you xx
