I have 10, almost 11 week old twins boys. I want to move them into their cots for naps and at night as I feel they would benefit from such a better sleep! I know guidelines are 6 months but I feel now they sleep through, I'm ok with them moving. I need advice on getting them used to the cot? I tried a few weeks ago for naps which failed as they have no routine but now they have had the same feed, awake, sleep pattern from sleeping through the night! Today it took over an hour for one twin to go to sleep in the cot and I was constantly comforting etc (too young for controlled crying) in and out of the room reach time they cried. How have your experiences been? What worked for you?
