What time does your toddler go to bed? My almost two year old doesn't even settle until 9-9.30. He's tired at like 5 and would probably settle then but it's way too early for bed and I know he will be up at 12 partying ha. I know he's overtired but he's a nightmare to settle down, he thinks its a game and will run up and down his bed and not lie down. I am loosing my mind.

Sorry, meant 'he.'

If it’s a case of being overtired because of messing around at bedtime, I’d either do rapid return or just sit next to his bed to keep him in it but not engage at all until he falls asleep. You do get a numb bum that way though.

My 3.2 year old is asleep by 7.30 and sleeps 11-12 hours

She dropped her nap around 2/2.5 - took a while to transition as she could be grotty but we found if she did nap, she wouldn't sleep until 9/9.30. Sounds like you should start reducing the nap!
