What is everyone's "routine" with their 6 week old?

Hi,
I have a 6 week old and there is obviously no routine and we are just trying our best to get her down around 11pm for a few hours, then awake at 2-3 for a feed, then 5-6 for a feed etc. She needs shushing / rocking to sleep and is difficult to get to sleep. She is in a grosnug in a Moses basket in our room.
We were having dinner at 7-8pm, then a bath, then a skin to skin feed until 10:30-11pm until she goes down but the skin to skin is actually getting her quite frenzied and my milk does not seem to be satisfying her at night and she's started to wake up around midnight and is difficult to settle. I am interested in what other people do with their newborns - 3 month olds in the evening as looking to change what we are doing but not sure what to do for the best... thank you.

It's much less stressful if baby leads routine! And just go with it, they won't change their behaviour at this age as they are led by instinct! And that is largely to do with feeding, with possibly some sleeping if your lucky haha! Both my daughters began settling in evening around 3-4 months, but i know for some it's earlier or later than this :) big growth spurt at 6 weeks too!

I used to sit in front of tv and feed then co-sleep, meant I didn't have to spend long getting her to drift off :)

My LO is 3 months now, and until 8-9 weeks I just fed him all evening downstairs, he fed non stop with the occasional nap on us, so I didn’t think there was any point going upstairs in a dark room as he wasn’t going to go to bed! Bedtime was about 10-11 when he finally conked out!
At about 8-9 weeks I started going into my room at 7:30 and feeding him in the dark and I think around then he started going properly to sleep at about 8-8:30 swaddled in his crib. I’m getting him down about 7:45 now, still not 7pm as he still feeds for about an hour before bed!
I’ve forgotten stuff so quickly but I do remember many nights of him being unsettled and just feeding non stop until 10 weeks old. He tended to have 2-3 unsettled nights where he basically slept on my boob hen he’d have 1/2 good nights where her actually sleep which reassured me he was hopefully getting enough milk! He’s been a lot more settled in the last month but every baby is different and that’s just us. I’ve definitely had to try and get a balance between not trying to get him in a routine before he’s ready (and sending myself crazy!) but also steering him towards an earlier bedtime. Good luck!
