Little ones sleep program

Has anyone tried little ones sleep program? I need help with my 4 month olds sleep but dont want to fall into trap of desperately spending money on things that dont work. I feel a bit suspicious of these things that they are taking advantage of tired desperate parents!! Or if you have any other recommendations of programs that worked for you?

He slept ok until 12 weeks but for past 6-7 weeks he wakes every hour most nights and he cant seem to get back to sleep without being breastfed (and wont take a pacifier no matter what i do!). They say you need to teach them to sleep on their own but i really dont see how that is possible for mine as he is wide awake and crying as soon as you put him down, i have to feed him to sleep before putting him in co, or otherwise he needs to be moving (pram, car seat or baby bouncer). I was hoping it was a phase that he would grow out of but now I'm wondering whether he ever will. Has anyone had similar problems and can offer advice please?

I bought it at a moment of weakness... The information is very good. I read a few books about sleep prior to buying this, and found that (mostly by accident/trial and error) my 3 month old was already "almost" following these guidelines. He usually sleeps for the night at 1030 then wakes up for real around 8 or 9am. He wakes at 4am, and 7am for feedings. However, I have not started the schedule as suggested by the program yet. I'm still getting over my initial frustration with the suggested routine being very inflexible and all the important nap times fall during activity classes (for some reason all the baby classes and mom baby fitness classes happen during the lunch nap or the morning nap). Also wondering how I'm going to accommodate family dinners and visitations if the bed time routine must start literally after I eat dinner (if I get to eat dinner). I'm not sure how I feel about it just yet, and I'm considering using it more as a guideline. The other resources are very good though, including many suggestions, and some rational behind it.

Does anyone know of , or have used sleep techniques for their 2 year old to sleep all night?
My 2 year old still wakes from 2- 5 times per night and moves all of the time when in his cot bed.
I also have a 7 month who does not sleep either so if i can at least improve my 2 year olds sleep it will help alot!
