Ds is now 3 months old and am trying to get him into some kind of bedtime routine but screams when I try and lay in his Moses basket to fall asleep only way to get him to sleep is to push him around in his pram anybody have any tips on how to get ds out of this bad habit and into a routine of falling asleep on his own

Cuddle, rock, bounce, feed, dummy, white noise..

Not a bad habit. He's very tiny. He needs you and he needs comfort to thrive.

If you're sleep deprived yourself, get DH to take DS so you can have a block of sleep, minimum 3 hours.

Can you work backwards? Ok he falls asleep with the pram being pushed so next step is to reducing the pushing so it's less vigorous until he falls asleep each night on tjthe stationary pram. As soon as he falls also stop pushing so end the movement is needed for sleep association. Next step move the pram to your bedroom or wherever he is sleeping at night so he gets used to the room. Next step get him into the cot. May take some weeks. At the same time build sleep associations so bed at roughly the same time each night after bath and clean sleepsuit, tucked in (be it pram and then eventually cot) with the same cuddly toy or lullaby eg Ewan. Etc etc. The idea of these sleep associations is that you can then trigger sleepy time whetever you are eg staying with family/on holiday.
