Get my 2 month old to bed earlier

OK, I'm incredibly lucky and my baby is (for the moment) sleeping 7/8 hours a night, which is amazing.

But, she doesn't go down until past midnight. If she went to sleep an hour or so earlier I could wake up earlier and see my son before he heads to nursery.

I feed her, put her down and then 10min later she stirs again, over and over

Any tips?

In case relevant, I'm breastfeeding her, but not against the odd bottle of formula.

Unfortunately she’s just being a 2 month old and is still developing her circadian rhythm - theres not much you can do. She’ll soon grow up and fall into a better bedtime routine.

Agreed. Newborns generally have a later bed time. As she gets older, consolidates sleep and naps less in the day it will edge earlier and earlier.

After a night of waking every hour with my DC, I think you should just count yourself lucky and leave it at that!
