Why has my 10 month old suddenly stopped sleeping?!

DD started sleeping through the night at around 7 months and although not consistent, she was either doing this or waking once and back to sleep which was fine. Daytime naps have been fairly clockwork, she would go down easily with a dummy and a bit of white noise.
In the last 2 weeks it's all gone to shit!! She's waking at around 1am and is wide awake...we have to bring her into our bed where she faffs about for 2 hours before eventually going back to sleep. Then DS wakes at 6am and we're all awake! Daytime naps are a struggle too. She takes ages to settle (if she does at all) and isn't doing the 1.5 hrs she was doing, more like 30 mins.

The last few days she's probably only done about 9 hrs sleep total in 24 hrs which isn't nearly enough.

She isn't crawling yet but is quite close.

Could have written this myself although DS is 8 months. I’m putting it down to leap, maybe teething and sleep regression. Fingers crossed it passes quickly for us both.

I would imagine it's being on the cusp of crawling that's unsettling her. As exhausting as it sounds, you'll probably just have to ride it out and it'll soon go back to normal.

Google the 10 month sleep regression.

Good luck!

Agree with to hers that it's most likely just a phase. Although if possible I would try to avoid bringing her into your bed. If you leave her, what happens?
