18mth old can't stay asleep during naps

As I hear my dd crying, I decided I would reach out to other moms in hopes of solving dd naps. For about 8 mths now, dd has not been napping well. Morning naps lasted about 30 minutes and afternoon naps about 1h15min. Sounds normal but since I cut back on her morning nap at 12 mth, she can't seem to sleep longer during the afternoon nap at noon. DD wakes up after exactly 30 minutes. I have resorted to picking her up and bringing her to bed with me so she continues to sleep while nursing. DD nurses for 30min-1 hour. I want to break this habit and have dd stay asleep for more than 30 min in her crib. FYI..she is down by 7pm and sleeps all night until 5:30 -6:30 a.m.
