Toddler and Baby sharing a Bedroom

I already have a 21 month old who, after lots of waiting and stress, is a great sleeper at night. She's a superstar at bedtime and sleeps 7-7 with hardly any a sound.
I'm due to have my second LO in May 2018. We only have 2 bedrooms, so they will eventually need to share a room. Does anyone have experience of a 6 month old baby and a 2 year old sharing the room? I'm worried that, after all the work getting my toddler sleeping well, they will wake each other up all night.

My one and three year old dds share and have since baby moved out of our at 8 months... we delayed the move because we were scared and dd2 is a crappie sleeper.
But dd1 is a fab sleeper and is next to never disturbed by dd2 screaming the house down at 3am. We have been lucky though.
